Lovely staff, fab facilities & have never had any issues leaving my cat there whilst holidaying. Always been able to accommodate the dates I need and my mind is at ease that the cat is safe and sound! Can’t recommend enough!

I cannot thank Roe Clare Cattery and kennels enough for everything that they do for my cat and dog whilst they are on their holidays. The location is amazing and totally idilic set in the middle of beautiful Cheshire countryside. Its so clear to see that my pets have an amazing time as when I pick them up they are chilled, happy and they usually don't want to come back home as they have have had a such a great time and have made such a bond with the people who care for them during their stay. The staff are all lovely and always welcoming. They are very knowledgable and clearly have a love for animals and enjoy their jobs. My dog, Frenchie, is very nervous and is usually intimidate by new people however as soon as she arrives at Roe Clare Cattery and Kennels she is chilled, and is so calm and just seems to love being there. My cat, Monty, is a very furry bundle of fun and loves attention and loves to play. I was worried at first that he would be bored during his stay however he LOVES being in the cattery. The accommodation is airy, warm in the winter, cool in the summer, and they have a great view over the gardens where they can watch chickens, ducks, rabbits etc. He also suffers from conjunctivitis so his eyes require cleaning twice daily and he requires medication daily. This has never been an issue and the medication has always been given perfectly. I cannot recommend this cattery and kennels enough. My whole family now use this place and we all (especially our furry friends) LOVE it. I have total peace of mind when they are there that they are safe and being loved and well looked after, and for me money cannot buy that peace of mind that they are happy and contented. Thank you Roe Clare Cattery and Kennels for your continued amazing service, see you soon.

Wonderful staff and service- we brought in an injured wood pigeon that had been shot with a pellet and bleeding from its wing (...some individuals don’t deserve to breathe). My hubby and I love birds and from us bringing him straight in there he was treated cared for instantly. The staff constantly kept in touch with us letting us know the pigeon’s progress as we we were planning to release him if he got better. Unfortunately we received a call that the bird had a shattered wing and the pellet had pierced a number of places, and therefore he was PTS while under GA... The staff were absolutely wonderful and even though it wasn’t our pet, it shown how much they care about all animals and just how good they are at their jobs. Thank you for everything!

Took our bunny Fliss here for her first check up and vaccinations. Elliot was fantastic. She was constantly reassuring Fliss and explained everything fully to myself and my partner. Brilliant vets and fantastic staff.

We chose this vets because of the patient and kind nature of the vet partners. This is the kind of vet you dream of finding! The vets are very knowledgeable and treat all kinds of animals. Appointments can be running very late as they give each animal the attention it needs. The support staff are pleasant and helpful, reflecting the ethos of the place. There is another surgery in Baguley run by the same partners. We travel 10 miles each way to come to this vet.

Fast, effective, do the job ... Not as friendly as I would like in all honesty but that could just be a personal thing!

This has got much more humane. The Pet Travel Scheme allows pet animals from certain countries to enter the UK without quarantine, as long as they meet certain conditions.
